When we list your home, it is immediately put into the Multiple Listing Service. This is a detailed database of all properties available for sale in our area. It is updated continuously. Access to the MLS is restricted to members only. The MLS is where sites like Zillow and get their information. MLS is also where we pull comparable data for your property when determining your listing price.

All of our property listings are featured online on our website, as well as any other website that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service. Research from the National Association of Realtors indicates that 97% of home buyers now begin the buying process online. Our website includes the most advanced tools available, including Active Maps and automatic email notifications for buyers who set up searches. 

We place our distinctive 'For Sale' sign on your property once it is listed on the MLS.
