We're starting to see a little bit of a change in the Bozeman real estate market. We think this is due to a couple factors; interest rates, a tiny bit more inventory, and SPRING! The big question is whether we'll see these changes continue. The stock market has been crazy lately, and we sometimes see people look to real estate when things are stormy on that side. So, it will be interesting to look at this data again in another month's time.
